Clinton Coleman, Chief Executive Officer

Clinton Coleman was named Chief Executive Officer of Bell Industries in July 2007, and is also a member of Bell's Board of Directors. Mr. Coleman is a Vice President of Newcastle Capital Management, L.P., Bell's primary investor.  Mr. Coleman also currently serves as a director of several of Newcastle's other portfolio companies, including Fox & Hound Restaurant Group, Pinnacle Frames and Accents, Pizza Inn, and previously Nashua Corp.

Don Imaizumi, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Don has been in the technology services industry for over 20 years in multiple disciplines, including IT Consulting and Outsourcing, as well as Reverse Logistics services. Currently, he is responsible for the portfolio of IT Outsourcing and Reverse Logistics clients within Bell which include Fortune 500 OEMs, Commercial and State/Local Government organizations. Additionally, he is leading strategic growth initiatives within Bell Techlogix such as Mobility Solutions and Apple Professional Services.

Heidi Baker, Vice President of Sales

Heidi Baker joined Bell Techlogix in 2009 as Vice President, Sales.  She is responsible for all Bell Techlogix sales operations, including the general business, enterprise and public sector (local, state and federal) sales segments.  As part of these responsibilities, Heidi also oversees services and consulting and the development of strategic alliances.  Prior to Bell Techlogix, she held senior leadership roles within the Fortune 1000 and 4G network groups at Sprint Corporation.  Heidi has more than 20 years of experience with technology companies.  In addition to her Sprint career, she has served as VP Business Development for Telamon Corporation and Operations Director in both consumer goods and higher education industries.  She earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Indiana University--Bloomington, IN.

David Stearns, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy

David brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry to his position at Bell Techlogix. David is responsible for building and growing the Bell Techlogix brand, Internet initiatives and analyst relations, as well as all marketing initiatives that develop, promote and grow the solutions portfolio. In addition, building strong and productive channels to market for Bell's services and solutions is a primary focus. David has previously held executive positions in strategy, business development, sales and marketing for AT&T and Nortel.  In addition, he was Vice President of Marketing for North America for Williams Communications, NextiraOne and Black Box Network Services .

Keith Conklin, Vice President of Service Desk Operations

Keith Conklin comes to Bell with 10 years of experience in the IT Services arena. Most recently, Mr. Conklin worked for TechTeam Global where he held various leadership positions across many disciplines including infrastructure operations, solution architecture, sales, and global account management. Keith brings deep industry experience in Service Desk, Remote Infrastructure Management, Security Administration, Desktop Field Support, and Network Management. Mr. Conklin has substantial international experience, and actively closed over $40M in sales in a dozen countries, spanning four continents. Mr. Conklin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA with an emphasis in IT from Wayne State University.

John Fottrell, Vice President of Service Delivery

John's experience positions him well to lead initiatives at Bell focused on operational excellence, quality service delivery and customer loyalty.  In this capacity, he heads the Atlantic Region Operations Team and also maintains direct responsibility for Bell’s Managed Service offerings with many of its largest clients.  John has 25 years of experience in IT finance and operations and joined Bell Techlogix in 2007.  John has held several roles throughout his career on both sides of the IT desk.  They include experience as an ERP Management Consultant, IT Director and CIO of a multinational company. 

Steve Shannon, Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Steve Shannon, a Texas native, is the Vice President and CIO for Bell Industries, and has been with Bell Industries for 15 years.  Steve has worked with mid-sized enterprise clients, providing solutions and expertise in all service areas. One of his areas of expertise is the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Steve is a Gartner certified TCO expert.  He is responsible for technology enablement and business alignment for Bell Industries and its subsidiaries.  Mr. Shannon is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM) and a member of the Regional CIO table.  Prior to joining Bell Industries, Steve was the managing partner and founder of IOC, a litigation support firm in Texas.

Kathleen Gilmore, Vice President of Human Resources

Kathleen Gilmore joined Bell Industries in 1995. Kathleen's experience includes over 20 years in Human Resources & Organizational Development. In addition to her experience in HR & HRD she has also worked in hospitality, training, and finance. Kathleen lead her own business practice for 10 years and worked with leading fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly & Co, Dow AgroSciences, Proctor and Gamble.

Mark Begle, Controller

Mark Begle joined Bell in 1996 as Assistant Controller and was named Division Controller for the Technology Group in 1999. Prior to joining Bell, Mark held positions of North American Sales Accounting Manager and Chief Accountant for Lennox Industries in Dallas, TX and Columbus, OH. Prior to joining Lennox, he served as Financial Reporting Manager for Highland Resources in Houston, TX. Mark holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University.
