Bell Helps Educators Go Mobile!

Bell demonstrated new technology for academic leaders at the 2011 Educational Technology Leadership Conference (ETLC) in Roanoke, VA. This is just one of the recent education events that Bell has been attending, demonstrating some of the new technology from HP that allows those in the academic world to be more productive while on the move. Like all other businesses the academic environment is going mobile. There is no time for waiting, rescheduling or getting back to a key contact. With the right technology you can deal with questions, objections or business needs in real time. There has been tremendous interest in this environment to make mobile workers more productive while on the move. Here are a few examples of what Bell’s Academic Team has been positioning to drive productivity and speed of response.

HP Companion Projector: This mini projector is an ideal solution for mobile workers in small groups and tight spaces. Possessing the power to retain clarity and color for text and graphics it can serve as your primary or back-up projector. At 4x9.3x11.1 cm and weighing in at .42 kg it goes where you do and lets you present your point of view anytime, anywhere.

        

HP Digital Sketch: The HP Digital Sketch wireless tablet allows users to perform familiar mouse functions and utilize all the features and functionality of standard software applications from anywhere in a conference room, classroom, or large meeting space.

HP Pocket Whiteboard: This device connects to a PC through a USB cable and captures strokes and taps made using a wireless stylus, facilitating access to additional software and online applications. Integrated software ties everything together, projecting interactive content onscreen and online and enabling users to record everything shared for easy distribution.
