Bell Receives Lenovo’s Top Service Provider Award

Bell Techlogix was presented Lenovo’s 2011 Premier Service Provider Award for service excellence. This prestigious award is presented each year to the best service providers in the country. The Premier Provider Award honors only the top 10% of Lenovo service providers in the US. The rigorous selection process includes a number of key service criteria; such as a high “first-time-fix” percentage. Additionally, a high focus is placed on customer feedback and input specific to the capabilities, performance and reliability of service providers.

“Whether provisioning, deploying, managing, maintaining or refreshing assets, our focus is always on the client and how we can improve their service provider experience”, said John Fottrell, Vice President of Service Delivery for Bell Techlogix. “For that very reason, we’re proud of this award as it is a reflection of our service team’s hard work and success which ultimately culminates in our client’s success”, he added.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Bell has earned this award and the ninth time overall. In addition, Bell has been asked to participate on Lenovo’s Service Advisory Council, comprised of approximately twenty key Lenovo service providers. This will offer the opportunity for Bell to share its best practices and deliver valuable feedback to Lenovo on their products.
