We're open 9AM to 6PM Monday through Wednesday and 9AM to 5 PM Thursday and Friday.  The service center is closed on weekends.   Just have the model and serial number, as well as your contact and location information available when you contact us.  Or swing by Barnes and Noble and we'll see how we can help you.

Diagnostics - $35.00

Repair Services - $75.00 / hour 

Warranty Hardware Repair - free with proof of active warranty coverage
