Bell Renews Contract with Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium

Bell Techlogix recently renewed its Agreement with the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) to provide Microsoft Licensing Services. MEEC is a Maryland based organization whose membership includes public and private K-16+ institutions, public libraries and museums in the state of Maryland. It provides its members opportunities to license the use of education hardware and software at competitive prices. MEEC also provides its members technology relevant services including training and interaction with the vendor.

Bell has maintained a relationship with MEEC for eleven years, providing offerings to members in the areas of hardware, software and services. MEEC has extended Bell’s commitment to provide Microsoft services to its members for a period of three years.

The Mission Statement of MEEC is:

The Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium offers centrally coordinated and negotiated procurement opportunities for member organizations to gain economic advantage and value in the acquisition of products and services that are beneficial to the educational enterprise. These member organizations collectively interact with prospective vendors and develop specifications to procure cost effective, high quality product and service solutions.
