Heidi Baker Named to CRN’s Most Powerful Women of the Channel

Heidi Baker of Bell Techlogix Named Power Player in Technology!

Heidi Baker, Vice President of Sales at Bell Techlogix has been selected once again as one of CRN magazine’s top 100 most powerful Women of the Channel. She has been chosen by the editors of Everything Channel based on her leadership of key intitiatives, insight into the direction of technology and her influence within the technology channel.

                        

Everything Channel's CRN Magazine honors women in technology each year with this recognition. Women executives are reaching the highest levels in a wide range of dynamic companies and have a great deal to share. Everything Channel will be running special features on the Women of the Channel in CRN magazine and will also have expanded coverage online.

Playing an important role in Bell's strategic growth initiatives, Heidi led a sales team in 2010 that significantly contributed to overall company growth of 12%, service growth of 45% and service desk solutions growth of 55%.  Success in the areas of data center monitoring, virtualization and IT help desk solutions played important roles in Heidi's efforts.  She also leveraged her background in technology and service support to launch Cisco UCS as a critical element to compliment Bell's existing portfolio.  Her vast experience in working with partners and building relationships will continue to be a driver in propelling Bell forward as one of the fastest growing IT service providers in the nation.

The Power 100 were selected based on the highest ranking women that hold positions in a vendor organization or the VAR500.  These women have proven to make a name for themselves as a leader, both within their organization and in the channel by impacting the course of IT channel history through their achievements.
