Maryland Educational System Signs K-20 Statewide Licensing Agreement With Microsoft
The Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) has signed a new statewide agreemeent with Microsoft. Bell Techlogix, a Microsoft Gold Partner, manages this agreement. Bell acts as a reseller for Microsoft products to MEEC members.
"It just makes sense for states to aggregate purchasing," said Sig Behrens, general manager for U.S. Education at Microsoft. "When done correctly, larger institutions end up helping the smaller ones get a better deal along with premier training and support. Those states that are looking to save money and increase student access should look to MEEC as the gold standard in statewide consortia."
Through our dedicated Academic Support Team, Bell works closely with MEEC members to implement Microsoft solutions. Leveraging over 25 years of experience in education, Bell is able to help schools of all sizes improve their learning environment. We're proud to partner with MEEC to offer Microsoft products to students, faculty and administrators.
